What areas do you cover?
We cover Taunton and surrounding areas in Somerset. Please contact us to confirm if we can deliver to your location.

How long does it take to set up?

We require 30 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to take away again. Please allow this time when telling us how long you'd like the hire for. 

How do I book?
You can book by contacting us through our website, email, or phone. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date.

Is your equipment safe?
Yes, all our equipment is regularly cleaned and inspected to ensure it meets the highest safety standards. Safety is our top priority.

Is it indoor use only?

Our soft play sets are indoor use only (unless you have a gazebo then it can be outside)

The bouncy castles can be used indoors & outdoors. However if it's a extremely windy day we may have to cancel the booking if you can't move to an indoor location. 

The outdoor games can also be used indoors. 

How do I pay?

50% of your total cost is a non refundable deposit. The remainder will need to be paid by a week before the event. 

What if it’s bad weather or someone’s ill?

If it's bad weather and you cannot have it indoors then unfortunately we will have to cancel your booking and you'll lose the deposit. However if you give us at least 24 hours notice we can move to a different date. 

If someone is ill and you have to cancel, the same rule applies as above.
